This web site is operated by Sculpture Finder Ltd and sometimes lists furniture owned and for sale by a number of different sellers. The descriptions on this web site are provided by those sellers and as such Sculpture Finder Ltd cannot accept any responsibility for their accuracy.

Items are generally sold on a first come, first served basis. Unless you confirm that you definitely wish to purchase an item and provide a deposit the item may be sold to someone else.

The prices given within this site do not include delivery costs. There is no VAT charged on the purchase prices quoted. All prices given in US Dollars and Euros are approximate.

The operators of www.earlyoak.co.uk take no responsibility for any typing errors and omissions within this site. We reserve the right to revise prices at any time without notice.

Refunds

We pride ourselves with our honest approach and stand by our word. We give sincere and knowledgable information about our stock, however if you are not happy with your purchase we can refund your purchase price, if you inform us within 14 days of receiving the goods. You waiver this right if you inspect the item in person prior to your purchase.

Please note that if you request a refund you will have to pay for all delivery costs and money will not be returned until the item is received back in the condition it was sold.
